Who we are

The Performing Well Company was established by Anthony Norton, Ann Bracken and Fiona Arnold with a shared vision: to deliver resources found in Mindfulness, Yoga, Somatic Movement and Cognitive Therapy that would enhance and revolutionize the way singers, performing musicians, and music educators approach their craft.

By combining the transformative practices of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Yoga with Rehearsal Technique and Performance Practice, our workshops, classes, and programmes provide a holistic framework for enhancing performance, refining practice routines, and optimising rehearsal techniques. At The Performing Well Company, we believe that true artistry flourishes when technical mastery is paired with mental clarity, emotional resilience, and physical wellbeing. Whether you are an aspiring performer, a seasoned professional, or an educator looking to inspire the next generation, our innovative approach empowers you to unlock your full potential, both on and off the stage.
